Under normal conditions we make deliveries in a period of 2-4 hours .If it’s in and around Coimbatore. Deliver orders to the date specified in the order, taking into account the buyer recommendations about the time frame, however there may be situations where the specified delivery date is not possible, incomplete or incorrect address, bad weather, accident, holidays, etc..In this case, the buyer is notified immediately about the situation. If delivery is not made solely because the fault of our employee, then the buyer is entitled to a new delivery in another day of their choice. If an order can not be delivered for reasons outside our company (wrong address, no recipient at the address, and no phone number for contact) Nilla Blooms won’t return the amount paid by the buyer. We deliver floral arrangements in hospitals and maternities but consider the following aspects: it is very important to know the ward and floor number; often the persons can be moved from one room to another or even discharged Nilla Blooms will attempt to deliver to business addresses between 9am and 5pm, and to home addresses up
until 9pm. However, we are unable to give a guaranteed time of delivery. Without limiting the operation of the Terms and Conditions, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
